Skirt by artist. The skirt is A-line with a flared shape. The waistband at the top is cream-colored with four small buttons on the right side. The skirt has a red center panel flanked by strips of fabric with blue borders and intricate designs. These are flanked by strips of folded blue fabric and then wider strips with a repeating design. The left and right sides have a red background with a gold floral pattern. The bottom of the skirt has a border with a repeating design. The background of the image the skirt is displayed on is gray.
