Breastplate
The Breastplate by Hans Stopler features a metallic gray breastplate with a dark patina. The breastplate is broadest at the bottom and tapers to a narrower top with a slight concave curve on either side, ending in small metal tabs at the top on either side. The center of the breastplate is divided into two panels. The left panel contains an etched image of a man kneeling in prayer. The right panel depicts an etched image of Jesus on the cross. The top left quadrant features an etched image of the sun. The image background is a gradient from black at the top to light gray at the bottom.
