Gimbri by The instrument has a long neck and a teardrop-shaped body. The neck is thin and cylindrical, made of wood with darker bands around it. A small decorative piece with a spherical top is at the end of the neck. A short crossbar-like piece sticks out on either side. The body is made from a light-brown wood and appears to be made from a gourd. A patch of lighter material covers the bottom half. The instrument rests on a flat surface against a dark background.
