Dark brown wooden panel with carvings. Rectangular panel with rounded top and flat bottom. Top section features an oval shape with a crown and a shield divided into two sections. Left section has a fleur-de-lis symbol, right section has text "LA NATION LA LOI LE ROI". Two ribbons extend from the oval, each with tassels on the ends. Below the oval is a horizontal rectangle with a flower and leaf design. Two symmetrical circular designs with flowers and leaves flank the rectangle. A beaded design connects the circular designs to a vase at the bottom. The vase is surrounded by leaves and flowers. The bottom of the panel has a zigzag pattern. The background is dark gray.
