The image depicts the "Ornamental Finial" by an unknown artist. The object is bronze with a patina and features a narrow base with a rope-like design around it. The base widens to form a short stem which supports a bulbous body. A similar rope-like design encircles the body with a geometric design below it and a beaded line above. A narrow ridge encircles the bottom of the body then widens to form a short neck. A geometric design encircles the neck below a ribbed section. A decorative lip encircles the top and supports a short neck with a decorative rounded knob on top. The background fades from black on top to gray on bottom with the object casting a shadow to the right.
