The lace features a repeating pattern of floral motifs and leaves. The floral motifs are symmetrical and have eight sides. The motifs are connected by curved lines. There are two horizontal rows of small loops along the top and bottom edges of the lace. The background is solid black. The lace appears to be made by the artist in the style of "Bobbin Lace Insertion".
