The centers of the flowers are gold and circular and on a blue background. The four-lobed designs are outlined in gold. The plaque has small holes at each corner. The background of the image is a light gray color. The plaque appears to be made of metal and has a textured surface. The design suggests it may be from a reliquary shrine.
