Gold-colored rectangular plaque with a patterned design. The plaque has a blue, white, and red enamel design with gold accents. The design consists of four identical sections, each featuring a white diamond shape with a red flower at its center. The diamonds are surrounded by blue and gold curved shapes, and the entire design is bordered by a thin blue line and a thicker gold line. There are four small holes, one at each corner of the plaque. The plaque appears to be made of metal and has a decorative edge.
