Gold-colored rectangular plaque with a raised border. The plaque has four holes, one in each corner, for mounting. The top and bottom have a decorative border of small spheres. There are three raised rectangular borders around the central image. The top and bottom borders have two black diamond-shaped inlays each, with a gold design. The central image is a four-leafed shape with a black-and-gold figure in the center. The four-leafed shape has four sections of color: blue, red, green and black. The background of the image is light gray. The plaque appears to be ornamental. The plaque is titled "Ornamental Plaque" by an unknown artist.
