The image shows two sketches on aged paper. The top sketch is of a nude male youth with his right leg bent and his left leg extended behind him. His arms are raised. The drawing is in red pencil or chalk and appears to be a study for a larger work. The bottom sketch is on the reverse side of the paper and features several studies, including a foot, part of a leg, and a partial figure. A head and shoulder study is also present. These drawings appear to be preparatory studies. Both sketches are rendered in red pencil or chalk.
