Sketch for San Giovanni in Laterano (verso)

Lievin Cruyl

Cleveland Museum of Art

Beige-colored, aged paper with darker beige and brown spots and stains throughout. The paper is folded in half horizontally. There are pencil sketches on the top half of the paper. The sketches appear to be of architectural features including columns and arches. The sketches are very faint. There is a circular stamp or seal in the top-right corner. The edges of the paper are rough and discolored. The bottom half of the paper is blank except for spots and stains. The back side appears to have some writing or numbers but they are barely legible.
