Lievin Cruyl

Cleveland Museum of Art

The image depicts a sepia-toned drawing of a city square. A large multi-story building dominates the square. The square has a fountain in the center and people and vehicles are scattered around the square. There are buildings on all sides of the square. The buildings are all multi-story. The people are dressed in old-fashioned clothing. The vehicles include horse-drawn carriages. There is writing at the top and bottom of the image. The image appears to be old and worn, with visible signs of aging such as discoloration.
