Watercolor painting of a landscape on two facing pages of a sketchbook. The scene depicts a seaside view with rocky shoreline and body of water. The rocky shoreline occupies the lower half of the image with large boulders and sparse green and yellow vegetation. A tree with blue foliage is on the left, and a tree with green foliage on the right. In the background, a white building with a brown roof on the left and several smaller buildings. Two boats are in the water on the right. The sky is hazy with shades of pink and blue. The pages are yellowed with age and dark brown text written on the bottom page.
