The painting depicts a vertical composition on a brown background, resembling canvas or paper with a visible weave. A plant with long, thin bamboo-like stalks and leafy branches extending in various directions dominates the image. The stalks are thicker at the base and taper towards the top, with some stalks curving gently. A few red stamps are on the left side in a column, alongside some black Chinese calligraphy. The bottom right features a cluster of rocks or a mound. The work is by Puming and titled Bamboo in the Wind.
