The verso side of a drawing by Rembrandt, Small Group of Roman Ruins. A mostly blank piece of blue-grey paper with minimal sketches of a figure and ruins at the bottom and a more detailed drawing of a group of ancient Roman ruins at the top. The ruins consist of crumbling brick structures with several visible archways. A large square building with several openings stands on the left. A smaller structure with one large archway stands on the right. A few trees are scattered behind and around the structures. The background shows a plain sky with a few scattered clouds on the right.
