The painting depicts a scene with two adult figures and several smaller ones. The adult figure on the left has long hair and wears a red and white garment; they hold a staff-like object with a cross at the top in their right hand and a cloth or fabric in their left. The adult figure on the right has medium length hair and a beard, wears a yellow garment, and holds a staff-like object in their right hand; they sit on a sphere. This figure has lines emanating from their head. There are five smaller figures, all nude, below and to the sides of the adult figures; they appear to be floating on or near blue clouds. The background is mottled tan and blue. The title is "Holy Trinity" and the artist is Theodor van Thulden.
