Rectangular gold-colored metal plaque with a rope-like border. The plaque has a central large round clear stone surrounded by decorative swirling filigree. There are five additional stones of various shapes and colors: - Upper left: oval clear stone - Lower left: square dark stone - Upper right: square light blue-green stone - Lower right: oval purple stone The plaque has several small holes along the edges. The background of the image is a gray surface with a darker gray backdrop.
