Master of the Boqueteaux

Cleveland Museum of Art

Open book showing two facing pages. Pages have yellowed with age and are filled with writing in black ink. There are also decorative elements in red and blue ink. The pages have some damage and wear around the edges. The book appears to be old and made of brown leather. The pages are numbered 112 and 113 in the upper right corner of each. There are large decorative letters throughout the text in blue and red ink. There are also intricate borders around the text on both pages. A large decorative initial letter sits in the bottom third of the right-hand page. A blue star-like shape appears near the top of the right-hand page. Small flower-like shapes extend from the bottom of the initial to the bottom of the page.
