Seal with Unicorn and Inscription

The seal features a light-colored stone, possibly white or off-white, with visible signs of aging and wear. The stone is rectangular in shape but has a broken upper right corner. The seal depicts a mythical creature, specifically a unicorn-like figure with a single horn protruding from its forehead. The creature faces left and appears to be in motion.
