The image shows a brightly colored illustration on yellowed parchment. The illustration depicts a crucifixion scene with a crucified man in the center; he has a halo and a loincloth. To his left is a woman in a blue dress and head covering; she has a halo and her hands are clasped in prayer. To his right is a man in a green robe and red head covering; he has a halo and holds a book. To the right of the crucified man on the ground is a head with short hair. The background of the scene is composed of tiny squares in shades of gold, blue, and brown. The scene is bordered by a thin gold line and then rows of blue, green, and red shapes. Under the scene are four lines of black text on a beige background. The parchment has a thick border with colorful illustrations of leaves, flowers, birds, and nude figures on the right side. A coat of arms appears at the bottom left. The bottom border includes illustrations of more leaves, flowers, birds, and small black designs.
