Tea Urn

Harvey Lewis

Cleveland Museum of Art

Tea Urn by Harvey Lewis: The urn has a rounded body with a narrow, short neck and a wide mouth. A decorative border of leaves and dots encircles the top. Two handles are on either side; one is a spout with an off-white material at its end and the other is ornamental and made to look like a bunch of grapes with leaves. The urn sits on a matching base with four claw feet. The entire piece is made of silver-colored metal and has a second decorative border around the bottom of the body and around the base. The feet have a paw-like design. The background is gray.
