Bronze sculpture on a red marble base. The sculpture depicts a centaur figure with the upper body of a man and the lower body of a horse. The man has long hair and is positioned on top of the horse, appearing to be attempting to restrain or ride it. The man's right arm wraps around the horse's neck while his left arm stretches upwards with the palm facing outwards. The horse stands on its hind legs with its front legs raised. The base is rectangular with a beveled edge.
