

Tea Bowl
The Tea Bowl by Bernard Leach is a low, wide ceramic bowl with a rough, textured surface. The bowl is cylindrical in shape, with slightly curved sides and a flat bottom. The exterior surface is a warm, earthy brown color with small flecks of white and darker brown speckles throughout. The surface appears to be rough and porous, with visible pitting and small holes. A horizontal line encircles the lower part of the bowl. The interior of the bowl is not visible, but the rim appears to be rough and unglazed. The background is a dark gray gradient, with the bowl casting a shadow on the surface below.
