Bronze-colored circular medal. The reverse side of the medal features a winged nude figure sitting on a rectangular object. The figure has long hair and outstretched arms holding a stick or wand in the right hand and what appears to be a ribbon or similar object in the left. One leg is bent at the knee and the other extended. The rectangular object bears the name "Loie Fuller" in a serif font. The bottom of the medal features a violin and bow surrounded by foliage, including flowers and leaves. The background of the image is dark at the top and light at the bottom, with the medal casting a shadow.
