Jar: Cizhou ware. The jar has a rounded body with a narrow mouth and a short neck. The jar is primarily blue with a glossy finish. Black designs are painted on the jar, including a flower and leaves. The background of the image is dark gray to black, with the jar casting a shadow. The jar appears to be made of ceramic material. The inside of the rim of the jar is unglazed and appears to be a light beige color. The jar has a decorative band around the top.
