The Plate with Fish by Miguel Gonzalez shows a ceramic plate resembling a woven basket. The plate is oval shaped with two brown handles on either side, made to look like the rim and handles of a wicker basket. The plate's base color is brown with white woven strips. The plate contains four fish and three lettuce leaves. A large reddish fish with a white belly lays on its side on top of the lettuce on the bottom of the plate. A large gray fish lays on its side with its tail curved over the edge of the plate on the left. A small gray fish and reddish fish lay on the right side of the plate. The background of the image is black.
