A pencil drawing on off-white paper with three holes punched along the top edge. The drawing depicts a horse's head in the upper third, viewed from the side with the nose pointing left. The horse has a bridle on. Below the horse's head is a figure lying on their stomach with arms extended overhead and legs stretched out to the right. The figure has short hair. The number 69 appears in the bottom-left corner. The background is plain paper with some darker spots and a darker border around the edges.
