The lamp has a bronze base with a bronze stem; the base is round and flat with three feet. The stem curves upward and splits into two curved supports that hold the harp. A bronze floral design is on the base and on the point where the stem meets the base. The shade is made of stained glass in a mosaic pattern resembling a nautilus shell; the glass pieces are white and light green; the shade is curved like a nautilus shell, wider at the top and tapering toward the base. The lamp sits on a gray surface against a dark background.
