An engraving of a lobster on water, body facing left, on a flat surface of moving water. The lobster’s body and claws are covered in small dots; it has two large eyes near the top of its head; two large claws in front and six legs below. The background shows a horizon line with ripples on the water; cloudy and partly cloudy sky above. The engraving sits within a rectangular border on aged paper, with writing below. The writing is divided into two sections. The top section says, 'PERICLEMENE'. The bottom section says, 'Fatta Dal Sigl Michelagnolo Baglioni'. There are more illegible words on the lower right side.
