Cleveland Museum of Art

An illustration of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Jesus is nailed to a brown cross with his arms outstretched. He has long brown hair and a halo of gold rays around his head. He wears a white loincloth. A white dove sits on top of the cross. Below, a group of 8 people stand around the base of the cross. A woman on the left wears a blue head covering and grey dress. The people on the right wear colorful medieval-style clothing. The scene is framed by an ornate gold border with pillars on either side. The top of the frame has a white banner with red text. The bottom of the frame has a decorative square image of fruit. Below the frame is a block of black text with one line in red. The background of the illustration shows a blue sky, green hills, and a white fence.
