Rectangular piece of light brown material, possibly wood or bamboo, with rounded edges. The material has a hole with a red border in the center and to the right; the hole to the center-left appears larger than the one to the right. The surface contains numerous lines of small, dark brown writing. The lines of writing run horizontally across the material, mostly in a consistent direction; however, a few lines near the top appear inverted. The background of the image is a plain beige color. The image appears to show the recto side of a leaf from a Buddhist manuscript, by an unknown artist.
