Rectangular, aged beige-colored leaf with rough, uneven edges. The leaf has two circular holes, one on the left and one on the right, both with reddish-brown markings around them. There are also scattered reddish-brown marks across the leaf. The surface of the leaf features numerous lines of black, curvilinear script. The lines of text are written in a flowing, cursive style and cover most of the leaf's surface. The background behind the leaf is a plain off-white color.
