Two pages from a book; pages are yellowed parchment. The left page has a large decorative initial "H" in the center with blue, green, red, and gold colors. The initial surrounds a smaller, rectangular panel; the panel depicts a man in brown, yellow and blue; he is surrounded by gold. The initial and panel are surrounded by red, blue and green flowers and tendrils on a gold background. The left page also has red and blue musical notation and text written in brown, red and blue ink. The right page has brown text; some letters are in red and blue ink. The pages have rough, uneven edges; right page has a small tear in upper right corner. The pages are displayed side by side on a gray background. Written in multiple colors, the title appears to be associated with the artist.
