Cachepot

The image shows a black-and-white photo of a ceramic Cachepot by artist Minton. The Cachepot is a two-part item. The top portion has a wide, flat rim that shows wear. The body of the top portion is cylindrical with a slightly narrower bottom than top; it features a relief design depicting cherubs and other figures on its front side. The top portion is decorated with a leaf and flower pattern on the top and bottom. The bottom portion is a shallow dish with a relief design of leaves and flowers around its interior side. The background of the image is light gray with a shadow cast by the Cachepot.
