Candlestick

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The Candlestick by unknown artist depicts two ornate candlesticks. They have bases that are cylindrical and made of metal. The bases feature engravings of people. Above the base, there is a short stem. A crystal piece is attached to the stem, from which several crystal drops hang. Atop the crystal piece is a short stem with a flared top resembling a candleholder. There is a small sign on the right that reads "THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART". A ruler is on the left. The background is plain white.
