The candlestick is made of silver. The base is round and fluted with a decorative edge. A conical section rises from the base, followed by a spool-shaped section. A fluted section with a decorative edge is above. A spool-shaped section, a narrow cylindrical section and a spool-shaped section are above. A fluted section with a decorative edge and a short cylindrical section are at the top. A bird-like object with outstretched wings is at the very top. The background is grey and lightens to white at the bottom.
