The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The creamer is silver with a handle on the left side and a spout on the right side. The handle is thin and curved with a decorative end. The top edge of the creamer has a decorative beaded design. The body of the creamer is shaped like a wide upside-down triangle with rounded corners. There is a decorative oval design on the front with a bow at the top. The creamer has a short, narrow stem and an octagonal base. The base and stem also have decorative beaded designs. The creamer shows signs of tarnish with darker areas on the surface. The background is gray and fades from dark at the top to light at the bottom.
