The top has a lip around the edge and curves down on the right side to form a spout. The handle is thin and curved, attached to the left side of the creamer. The creamer has a short, thick stem and a square base. The creamer appears to be tarnished in places, with darker patches on the inside of the lip and elsewhere. The background is a plain gray color.
