White saucer and cup, saucer has a wide rounded shape, saucer's upper surface predominantly white, with colorful floral designs around rim, two concentric orange rope border around a coat of arms painted in the center, coat of arms consists of an orange shield frame with curved baroque lines on bottom; frame decorated with red, pink, and purple flowers on either side; shield divided into sections, top section orange with a blue curved line and a brown bird standing on a cross at top, middle section white with three black stars, bottom section black; to right of shield, a woman in a long purple skirt sitting on a green mound; to left of shield, a blue snake curled around bottom.
