White mantel with a flat top featuring a beaded trim along the front edge. The mantel has a wide, flat frieze with a bead and reel border along the bottom. The frieze is divided into three panels with raised-relief carvings. The center panel depicts a gathering of people. The left and right panels depict buildings and figures. The mantel has two columns on either side with Ionic capitals carved with a leaf and vine motif. The columns stand on square bases and are carved with a leaf and vine motif. The background is gray.
