White plate with a wide rim. The rim has a gold border along the inner and outer edges. Between the gold borders is a repeating design of green and gold bows and floral motifs. The design consists of alternating bow and floral pattern. The floral motifs have green centers with gold and green leaves extending from the center. Three larger floral motifs are equally spaced on the rim, at the 12, 4, and 8 o'clock positions. The plate sits on a dark gray background.
