White plate with a wide rim. The rim has a thin gold border, inside of which are curved green and gold motifs resembling leaves or feathers. Interspersed among the curved motifs are circular shapes with a gold outline and a blue and gold floral design. The plate is photographed from the front, slightly angled, against a gray background.
