Metal buckle, rectangular with rounded corners, made of silver or metal with a brushed finish. The buckle has a frame with a pronged bar across middle. The prongs point towards the top. There are decorative square shaped metal pieces with rhinestones at top and bottom center. The buckle is symmetrical. The background is light gray. There is a small piece of paper with handwritten numbers at the bottom. The numbers are: 134/25. There is a small piece of white tape at the bottom right. The image is in black and white. The buckle appears to be a "Shoe Buckle" by unknown artist.
