Bronze-colored metal spandrel panel, rectangular with curved sides. Top edge is flat and straight; sides curve downward and outward in volutes. Lower center adorned with a mascaron, a sculpted male face with an open mouth and leaves for hair. The mascaron is positioned above a flat rectangular base. Ornate scrollwork and leaf patterns cover entire piece. Background is light gray.
