The outer 2 panels feature figures in ornate gold frames. The left figure wears white and red garments; the right figure wears white. The central panel features a dark diamond patterned design. The window sits on a concrete ledge with 5 short metal poles spaced in front. The wall on either side of window made of large gray blocks. The title of the work is "Jubal and Miriam", by artist William Jay Bolton.
