The Stock Buckle by Otto Parisien is a silver-colored metal buckle. The buckle has an oval shape with rounded corners. A border of small, raised circular bumps surrounds the perimeter. The top section features three curved prongs. A horizontal bar spans across the middle. The bottom section has a wide, curved cutout with a narrower piece below. Three small, spherical feet protrude from the bottom.
