Silver tankard, "Tankard by William Kirby". The tankard has a cylindrical body with a slightly flared base and a narrow, curved handle attached to the right side. The handle is ornate and has a curvilinear form with a leaf-like protrusion at the bottom. The lid is round and flat with a small finial on top that has scrolled details. The lid is attached to the tankard by a hinge on the left side. The tankard has a small lip around the top edge. The surface of the tankard shows signs of wear and tarnishing.
