The tray by Charles Louis Boehme is rectangular with curved corners and a dark reddish-brown wooden base. The tray has two handles on either long side, which are made of silver-colored metal. The handles are decorated with a leaf design on their base. The metal border around the tray has a repeating arch pattern and four feet which are also decorated with leaves; one on each corner. The background of the image is gray with a shadow beneath the tray.
