White rectangular relief sculpture of a young boy's head and torso on a dark brown wooden background. The boy faces left. His short hair curls slightly at the nape of his neck. He wears a collared shirt with a short sleeve on the right and a long sleeve on the left. The shirt folds over his right shoulder. A raised inscription is at the top. A small, rectangular bronze plaque with raised letters is at the bottom. Two round metal bolts are on either side of the relief. A groove borders the wooden background.
