Wineglass

Dorflinger Glass Works

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Clear glass wineglass with a wide mouth and a short, thick stem. The bowl of the glass features a square panel with cut glass designs around it, including diamonds, triangles, and rectangles. Two handles are on either side, with a decorative design on them. The stem is faceted and connects to a round, flower-shaped base with pointed petals. The base has a decorative edge. The background is a gradient from dark gray at the top to light gray at the bottom. The glass appears to be the work of Dorflinger Glass Works, titled "Wineglass".
